Why This Symposium

From ideas to action, and solutions to homes.

BARE is proud to host the inaugural BARE Impact Symposium, bringing together organizations from across the country that are redefining how communities respond to housing insecurity.

Through direct conversations, data-driven strategies, and real-world collaboration, we will explore what it actually takes to move people from shelter to stability, and from surviving to thriving.

Attendees get access to panels, breakout sessions, and networking with people working across housing, healthcare, philanthropy, and policy. Together, we will share what works, challenge what does not, and build the partnerships that move the needle.

Our theme, “Real Change Starts With Us,” reflects a shared belief that lasting impact begins with collaboration. BARE Truth Inc actively operates transitional and permanent housing programs across California, West Virginia, and Missouri. This Symposium is built by operators, for everyone working to solve the same problem.

The Four Pillars

Four conversations that decide outcomes.

Mobilizing Resources & Innovation

New tools, funding models, and partnerships driving faster results.

Health, Recovery & Wellness

Care and recovery approaches that meet people where they are.

Permanent Housing & Stability

What it actually takes to move someone from shelter to a home.

Crisis Readiness & Community Resilience

Building systems that hold up when a community is under pressure.

Built By Operators

This is not a theoretical conversation.

BARE runs meal service, outreach, interim housing, and permanent placements every week. The Symposium exists because the people doing this work need a room where what actually works gets shared honestly.
